EVIDENCE - PROCURING, PRESERVING AND PRESENTING

The ability to gather evidence, secure it in an uncontaminated way and presenting it professionally is becoming an increasingly necessary skill in todays climate of complex legislation and regulation.

Whether the matter is going to be dealt with in the civil or criminal courts, at a tribunal or in-house hearing the ability to hunt down, identify and present relevant evidence within the rules will put you at the forefront of your profession.

We are not lawyers, the emphasis is on real life skills, we will tell you where to look, the rules and best practice but, most importantly concentrate on giving you the confidence to put your expertise into practice.
