Adam Gent - Head of Medical Training

Adam has been involved with the design and delivery of pragmatic, practical first aid training for 16 years, specialising in challenging, immersive, scenario-based training events for those who work in high risk or remote environments.

As a graduate of King's College London, University of Wales, Aberystwyth and University of Bristol, his formal education is supplemented internationally recognised medical certification.

Adam has worked throughout the UK and across many of the mountainous regions of Europe as well as Tanzania, Dominican Republic, Goa, Borneo, Dubai, Ukraine and Tajikistan.

Adam has worked with a diverse range of clients including the Oil and Gas sector, NGO's, Armed Forces and Public and Charitable Sector organisations.

Lee Sansum - Self-defence Instructor

Intelligent Training International Limited is extremely proud to be able to offer self-defence classes with the 7th Dan, Lee Sansum.

Lee, is a well-known and well respected personality, in both the Close Protection and Martial Arts worlds. He was famously once a Personal Close Protection Officer for Diana, Princess of Wales and more recently, for Alex Salmond during the Scottish Independence Referendum. He has operated at all levels worldwide and recently, Lee was the Embedded Security Advisor for the 2015 Rugby World Cup held in the UK.

In the Martial Arts world, Lee has achieved Black Belts in the disciplines of Karate, Jujitsu and Kickboxing. Over the past twenty years, Lee has represented Great Britain internationally, winning British and European titles and also a World Championship Silver Medallist.

In November 2015, Lee received a Martial Arts Illustrated, Hall of Fame, “Lifetime Time Achievement” award.

Peter Russ - Head Driving Instructor

Peter is a former Police Superintendent, retiring from the Police Force as Head of Operations, HQ Devizes, with responsibility for Roads Policing in Wiltshire and Swindon. Prior to this post, Peter was Superintendent Divisional Head of Operations, Melksham, with responsibility for management of the Divisional Traffic Unit.

During his service, Peter has had roles as National Secretary to Police Driving Schools, member of National Working Group on Pursuits (LIND Report), member of National Working Group on Police Driving Theory Question Bank, Development of Nationally Accredited Courses for Surveillance and Cat A Prisoner Escorts. He has also given advice to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office for driver training in Jordan and Forces in Cyprus, Greece, Bahrain and States of Jersey.

In 2013, Peter was an Expert Witness during a court case in Brunei for the Brunei Royal family that involved Royal Close Protection and Protective Driving

Since joining Intelligent Training International Limited in 2009, Peter has sucessfully mananaged and instructed on our United Nations Driving contact.

Peter is well versed at writing courses and working with RoSPA on course accreditation.

Michael Moran - Counter Espionage & TSCM Advisor

Mike is a former Military Intelligence Officer and Specialist in electronic counter measures and interception.

Highly experienced in all aspects of counter espionage, Michael advises all our clients on how best to keep communications and intellectual property secure.

Michael is a founder member of the respected British Technical Surveillance Counter Measures Institute
